Attorney Richard Ploss Discusses New Financial Planner Sanctions with Dow Jones Advisor Reporter

Preti Flaherty’s Trusts and Estates Practice Group Chair, Richard Ploss, was recently quoted by the Dow Jones Advisor on the new sanctions for financial planners. Wall Street Journal and Dow Jones Advisor reporter Arden Dale discussed the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Inc.'s new rules, which now address personal bankruptcy, borrowing from clients, breach of contract, criminal convictions, forgery and inappropriate relationships with clients.
